Explain what you are unhappy about and what you would like to happen to put it right.
PHONE – We will discuss and look to resolve any issues immediately.
E-MAIL – Our aim is to contact you immediately to resolve any issues.
We will provide e-mail confirmation of receipt of complaint within 24 hours and we will send full e-mail response within 2 working days.
If you are not happy with the response you received at stage 1, you can ask for a management investigation.
We will provide e-mail confirmation of this request within 2 working days of receipt and tell you who is looking into it.
We will give you a full reply within 10 working days at stage 2.
If we cannot finish our investigation in time, we will tell you why.
If you are still unhappy with the response you receive at stage 2, please contact the Borough Filming Manager to discuss further options/procedures.
